Last updated: . Effective for everyone who visits waypointstudios.design or sends us information through this site.
We collect what you give us — your name, email, brand name, and whatever you tell us in the contact form or Discovery Session intake. We use that information to write you back and figure out whether we're a fit. That's the whole job.
We don't sell your information, don't share it with advertisers, and don't track you across the internet. The only third parties that touch your data are the providers we use to actually run the site (hosting, form processing, fonts) — each one is named in Section 5 below.
We use minimal cookies — just one piece of localStorage to remember whether you've passed the build-phase password gate. No ad tracking, no analytics (yet — if we add any, we'll update this policy and tell you).
You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing hello@waypointstudios.design. The longer version with all the legal substance is below.
This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") describes how Waypoint Studios, LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("Studio," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, shares, and protects information about visitors to waypointstudios.design (the "Site"). This Policy is part of the Studio's Terms of Service and is incorporated into those Terms by reference.
By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Policy, do not use the Site.

If we add analytics in the future, we will update this Policy and disclose the provider, the data collected, and any retention periods.

You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us at hello@waypointstudios.design. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We share information only as described below.
We use the following third-party service providers to operate the Site and conduct business. Each provider has its own privacy policy that governs how it handles data:
We may share information with our attorneys, accountants, and other professional advisors where reasonably necessary and where those advisors are bound by confidentiality obligations.
We may disclose information if required to do so by law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or other valid legal process, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Studio, our clients, or others.
If the Studio is involved in a merger, acquisition, asset sale, or similar transaction, information about visitors and clients may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice before personal information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
The Site uses minimal browser storage. Specifically:

The Site does not use third-party advertising, retargeting, or analytics cookies. If we add any cookie-based or similar tracking technologies in the future, we will update this Policy and, where required by law, provide an appropriate consent mechanism.
You can clear localStorage at any time using your browser's developer tools or by clearing your browser's site data. Doing so will require you to re-enter the password the next time you visit the Site during the build phase.
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, as required by applicable law, or as needed to enforce our agreements. General retention practices:

If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under thirteen without verifiable parental consent, we will delete that information as soon as practicable.
